Nothing I can find is using port 5001 so I am not sure what the issue is. I added the Universal Media Program to the Firewall and even created TDP and UPD incoming and outgoing entries in the Firewall.
Currently I am getting an error that states the port is blocked. All attempts to get the Media Server to connect to my PS3 has failed.
